Simon is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors. Simon believes that his job, when representing a buyer, is to educate the buyer about the legalities of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, share with the buyer their rights and then be the rational sounding board that is needed when purchasing a home. You will never hear Simon express “oh this is beautiful” while visiting homes. He is looking for the negatives of the home. He is also looking for the points of the home that will prevent you from a quick sale in the future. In addition, most importantly how the home and neighborhood suits your expectations.
