This program rewards you for finding properties listed on websites like Realtor.com, Zillow.com, Trulia or the MLS through our daily email updates.  You'll then drive out to see the properties yourself and see if you like what you see. When you eventually find the home of your dreams or the perfect investment property, one that you want to make an offer on, give us a call. We will meet you at the property, give you advice and representation in what can be a very complicated process and make the offer for you. This will entitle Mills Realty to half the commission that the full-priced listing agent would have kept all for themselves and we will in turn give you a rebate after closing equal to 1% of the purchase price. So you would have just bought that house for 1% less than you actually paid for it.
